I ate a fish sandwich for lunch at the Wendy's in Kingsland, Georgia on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 11:45am. About 30 minutes after getting back in car I started to have symptoms. Extreme bloating, nausea, stomach cramping. It lasted 2 and a half days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
