I ordered a 10 piece nugget combo with fries and a large strawberry lemonade. I have been throwing up and having diarrhea all day. It was all I ate. It had to be that. I haven't been sick like that in 20 years. I can't tell by this limited description of this is the current one but it's next to a taco bell and like by the kohls. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
