At the Brentwood CA Wendy's I ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich, removed the lettuce from sandwich , small fries and soda. 8 hours later was very sick. Including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, chills and weakness were the symptoms. This is the 2nd time I have gotten severely ill after eating at a local Wendy's. Last time it was a chicken apple salad from the Antioch CA Wendy's with the same results. Never eating there again. Two times is not a coincidence. Maybe it's the chicken. That was in both items ordered. The first time at Antioch Wendy's the symptoms occurred within 4 hours of eating. Both times that was all I ate nothing else before or after the meals at Wendy's. This has occurred in September and October 2023. Ate at both Wendy's prior to this with no ill effects.. 2nd time to eat a chicken product from Wendy's and then get very sick.. 2nd time to eat a chicken product from Wendy's and then get very sick. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Weakness, Chills, Sweating
