BBQ Sauce Illness Suspected - Wendy's, Rochester Indiana

Stopped for lunch, ordered chic nuggets with BBQ sauce. About 4-5 hrs later I was throwing up with severe stomach pain. I am still recovering and it's been 3 days since I ate it. Everyone else ate the same thing, except the sauce. So I would say that's what made me sick. They are ok. If I don't improve much more, I will be seeking medical help.
