My mom, brother and I went to Wendy’s for dinner. Mom got a salad. Brother got a son of baconator. I had chicken nuggets and fries. I was the only one who got this sick, mom had at upset stomach. The first night I was up with vomiting and diarrhea. The second day I was at work and felt sick. I left to get checked by the ER and they said I had food poisoning. This is the third day and I still feel like crap. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
