Nuggets Trigger Severe Illness - Wendy's, Accokeek Maryland

I ate at this Wendy’s on 7/9/2018 at approximately 12:30. I had the #10 meal (chicken nuggets and fries) about 2 hours later I had extreme stomach pain, chills, and nausea which eventually led to violent vomiting. I am currently still experiencing these symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
