I think it was southwest avocado salad. I ate a southwest avocado salad on Feb 4th around 8:30pm. Started to have abdominal discomfort similar to gas a couple hours later. Laid down in bed and became very hot and felt bloated and uncomfortably full. Tried to sleep anyway. Woke up several times but at 5:30am I finally got up and had all symptoms.
