Not entirely sure it was the Wendy's or something else but hours later had nausea, followed by simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea. Felt feverish but temp was normal. Dizzy, exhausted, and dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration, Dizziness
