Kid's Taco Salad Illness - Wendy's, Long Beach California

My 10 yr old daughter and I got it last night. We both had the Taco Salad. She ate her salad around 7, and I was planning to save mine for a little later. By 10 she was complaining of a stomach ache so she slept with me. At 2 a.m. she woke up and was vomiting everywhere. This kid has not thrown up in 7 YEARS (!!) and last night she definitely made up for it! Today she had a fever (up to 102.8 F) and barely ate. I was basically forcing her to drink fluids. She has been down for the count all day/night. Needless to say I decided to pass on my salad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
