I ate the salad and chicken nuggets last night. I woke up around 5:30 a.m. feeling nauseous and had intense diarrhea. Soon after going back to back, I ran back to the bathroom and vomited a lot. After that, I thought it was over, save for some more diarrhea episodes. Nope, think again - at 7 a.m., I was vomiting again. It could have been the chicken nuggets, but I really believe it was the salad. I will be taking off work today because I'm still feeling pretty awful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
