On May 9th, I purchased a spicy chicken sandwich and a chocolate shake, and I asked for a cup of ice. I was given a cup of water. Hours later, I had uncontrollable diarrhea and stomach pain which lasted at least two days. I believe that it was due to the cup of water since I had the same meal the day prior and experienced no complications. But I just fear buying anything from there in the future. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
