This morning around 3 am, Not sure I ate there and pork yesterday and felt sick to my stomach before bed. Then I woke up around 3:30 am and went to go poop. It was liquid. Immediately after I pooped I puked four times. This happened to me three more times, pooping then vomiting | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
