I ordered Southwest Avocado Salad, and 6 piece regular chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce on 8/5/18. I ate a small amount of the salad since I was saving it for my lunch the next day. Within about 9 hours I became significantly ill with liquid diarrhea, severe stomach pain/cramps, vomiting, nausea, low fever, muscle pain, severe back pain, dehydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain, Dehydration
