Burger Meal Causes Illness - Wendy's, Bridgeton Missouri

My Manager brought me a double burger with everything on it and fries. Yesterday around 11:30 am. My shift lasted to 2 pm and i went home, that was the only thing i ate all day. At 7 pm i started having the most painfully stomach cramps i have ever experienced and severe diarrhea following. I could not get any rest all night. Still suffering today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
