On June 29th I went and order a #1, a small Chili and an order of 6 nuggets at the Wendy's off of Preston Rd and Gaylord in Frisco TX. That was for lunch and when I got home at 6:30PM I was sick. Had a lot of stomach pain, diarreah and nauseas; had food poisoning. Spend Friday, Saturday and part of the Sunday in bed recuperating...nasty!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
