A friend at work decided to buy everyone lunch. It was a nice gesture. Ig forgot exactly what is was, but a wendys burger, nuggets and fries. After work, drove home. That evening I literally puke three times and had to sit on the toilet with diarrhea for like three hours. It really sucked. Never eating wendys again lol. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
