Chicken Caesar Salad Illness - Wendy's, Punta Cana La Altagracia Province

Before we departed from the Punta Cana International Airport, I ordered a chicken ceaser salad. During the flight, and travel home from Philly I felt completely fine. At 5 AM the following morning, I developed severe symptoms. I was having intense stomache cramps, diarrhea, in addition to, vomiting every hour. I believe it was the salad, as I did not get sick or develop these
symptoms while on the resort. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
