I consumed a Baconator combo with fries and a drink, ordered at approximately 11am on Sunday 4/20/25. it is the only meal I had alone in the 24 hour period before and after. At 9am Monday morning I began feeling nauseous, and by 11am, exactly 24 hours later, the diarrhea began. it is now Wednesday and I am still vomiting and feel terrible. This wendy',s needs to be shut down and all workers arrested and investigated for criminal negligence. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
