I ate at Wendys and ordered a number 10 ( chicken nuggets combo). I started feeling bloated and pain in my stomach an hour after eating, at 9:45. I didn't start vomiting until 2am, after I started I vomited through out the night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
