Friday 1-8-2021, Got a grilled chicken sandwich and four piece nuggets. Ice tea and a med. Chocolate Frosty. At about 11:30 am. By 3:00 pm stomach was feeling funny. By 5:00pm bad cramps. Got home at 6:00. Dirarea, Vomiting, bad stomach cramps all night Saturday still had Dirarea and bad cramps. Now its Monday had to miss work. Have a headach still bad gas. Stomach in a lot of pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain, Gas
