Nuggets Sick: Vomiting, Fever - Wendy's, High Point North Carolina

I went to get food at Wendy's so I got chicken nuggets 30 minutes after my stomach started hurting and it got worse from there. Any liquids or food I tried to put down I kept on vomiting it back up and all throughout the night I had diarrhea then a fever the next day but I am now recovering 24 hours later with a mild headache | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
