My daughter had spicy chicken nuggets from Wendys in Lake Zurich at 7:30. It started around 8:30 with diarrhea and them vomiting. It's past midnight and she is still laying on the bathroom floor, dry heaving every 10 minutes or so. I called the store to try to warn them and of course they blew it off. I hope no one else got this, but if you did and it was after 9pm, the store already knew. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
