Got a spicy chicken sandwich combo, ate it on my lunch break during work. By the end of my shift I could barely stand up. Had diarrhea & a headache. Rushed home and fell asleep before waking up to more diarrhea. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea
