Went to my daughters graduation May 7th at 6:30pm hadn't eaten all when it ended we decided to go get something to eat she ordered McDonald's I went to Wendy's across the street ordered a 6dollar biggie bag with orange frosty @9:45 next morning I woke up shaking un controllable throwing up fever body aches all I could do was lay down Thursday same symptoms on Friday it was so bad my daughter called 911upon arrival to the hospital after testing determined I had E-Coli it bacteria went to my blood stream elevated blood sugar low blood pressure caught pneumonia and had a heart attack doctors told me I was lucky it was almost septic.Just have to take heart medicine and asprin for 30days to make sure my heart doesn't start pumping fast! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache, Shaking
