Mediterranean Salad Illness - Wendy's, Freehold New Jersey

We ate at the Wendy's in freehold Nj. My husband ate a Mediterranean chicken salad. One hour or so later he started vomiting in the car on the way home. Later we had to pull over because he was having major chills. Than he went to the bathroom and had very bad diarrhea. He complained about his stomach hurting and being very lightheaded. He told me he had nausea and felt like he had a fever. We are about to go to the hospital now. I am very disappointed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
