Usually have no problems in service or food at this Wendy’s but tonight I got a $5 bag and I immediately threw up everything un-digested 15 mins after finishing. Now I’m stuck on the couch in the fetal position and taking trips every 30 mins to puke or poop. I’ve only once had food poisoning, so as soon as this happened I knew exactly what it was. Meal: $5 biggie back with 4 nuggets, small fry, and a bacon double stack that had Mayo and lettuce. Working in food, I know the Mayo and lettuce are most likely the culprits. Lasting for about 3 hours now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
