Ordered double stack cheeseburgers from Wendy’s, around 10:30pm.Woke up next morning at approximately 6am, vomited when brushing teeth. Later I was in an important meeting, almost vomited when speaking.
When I left meeting, I vomited in the parking lot, twice. Also having uncontrollable diarrhea. Been getting chills, so I’ve been sleeping most of the time. This all started friday morning, been sleeping all day friday amd saturday. Had to call off work, feel weak just leaving the house.
Been to this Wendy’s 100’s of times, never had an issue. But seeing how terrible I feel now, I don’t think I will return. I’m missing work and feel absolutely awful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Chills
