i ordered a number 6 i think spicy chicken sandwich meal only thing i ate all day 2 hours later i was cramping 3 i was nauseous and by the 5th hour i felt like i was gonna sh*t my pants held it till i got off work. as soon as i got home and pulled my pants down explosive diarrhea came out of me. laid in bed can’t sleep bubble guts onto round 2 of shit*ing my brains out! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
