Nov. 6th 2020 @ 7:43PM I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo w/ small fries & small peach lemonade. I was driving & only ate half the sandwich and had a few sips of the drink before feeling ill. I began vomiting about an hour later & had diarrhea for the next 3 days. I had not had a chance to eat all day, so that was the only thing in my system. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
