Yesterday I had southwest avocado salad for lunch. When I took of the lid I thought I smelled something slightly off but thought it was my imagination because I do not have the best sense of smell. Everything looked to be fine. At night time I could not sleep and I felt really gross. I ended up going to the bathroom 4 times (so far) to vomit and diarrhea, and I have a very strong stomach! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
