Me and my girlfriend and honey bbq chicken strip sandwich, about 2 hours later it gave me bad stomach pains, diarrhea, and then about 30 mins later it made me throw up blood. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
