I went to whataburger at around 1a.m. I’m writing this report the next day at 4:55pm & that has been the last meal I’ve consumed. I have not had anything to eat due to vomiting. I kept waking up in the middle of the night with sharp pains in my abdomen area and feeling nauseous. I’ve been sleeping all night and day to prevent from feeling nauseas. I vomited at 2pm and what my body expelled were pieces of what looked like chicken and brownish color. I had barbecue chicken strip sandwich. I called to the restaurant and spoke with the General Manager. He said to go file a complain in store but there was nothing else to do besides that. I’m very concerned & would like to visit the doctor. The nausea and vomiting is preventing me from eating and can’t move around or attend my kids. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
