Took 5 WC and onion chip home to eat. Less than hour from consumption was vomiting profusely along with chills fever, body hurt all over. Next day loss of appetite and dry mouth with diarrhea. Slept most of day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Loss of Appetite
