Ate white castles around 9:30 last night Woke up in the night throwing up and diarrhea and still doing it. That was all I ate yesterday except a protein bar earlier in the day and some pretzels in the afternoon for a snack. I know it was the castles. I'm still so sick | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
