11/11/21- Got food from salad bar . Within 30min after eating, lots of belching and indigestion. Stomach ache and sensation of abdominal cramps started a few hours later, with headache and body aches. Next day, belching, nausea, body aches, diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Indigestion, Body Ache, Stomach Pain, Burping
