Grabbed assorted vegetables, food from the buffet for lunch and within 5-10 minutes had sever diarrhea and stomach pain., Symptoms started 5 -10 minutes of eating the food. I subsequently went to the urgent care 2.5 hours later for evaluation. No one else ate any of the food. The sever diarreah lasted 12 or so hours. It happened so fast I was concerned it would escalate. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
