Grabbed assorted vegetables, food from the buffet for lunch and within 5-10 minutes had sever diarrhea and stomach pain., Symptoms started 5 -10 minutes of eating the food. I subsequently went to the urgent care 2.5 hours later for evaluation. No one else ate any of the food. The sever diarreah lasted 12 or so hours.
