Toronto Hot Bar Illness - Whole Foods Market, Toronto Ontario

8 years ago reported by user-rzdmh989 business

Whole Foods Market, Avenue Road, Toronto, ON, Canada

87 Avenue Road, Toronto, M5R 3R9 Ontario, Canada

January 19th 2017 we had dinner from hot bar with my 2 year old. I had to vomit in the night, my daughter in 24 hours, it was so bad that we took her to the hospital. Later she had diarrhea too. Normally we eat only home and properly cooked food, so the poisoning could only be from this hot bar. They say there is outbreak of intestinal virus in Toronto these days. Thanks to very poor health standards here (the food must normally be covered) we had the unforgettable weekend. Last April my husband had similar experience in Whole Foods at Sheppard-Yonge location. Never again eating out in here. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
