I had chicken tikka from the food bar for lunch and got sick three hours later (I did not eat anything else after lunch). My food poisoning involved vomiting and fever for at least four hours. I will never eat that bar food ever again (just the thought of that chicken makes me want to vomit again). | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
