5/8/23 - 12:15 ish: My friend and I had the kale and beet salad as well as the pizza at the salad / hot bar. Those are the only things I had eaten that day. Before we ate, we took photos because I am someone who enjoys taking photos with my friends. We were very happy and healthy before eating the food here. Around 3:30 my stomach started aching. The Pain gradually got worse ! I had Repeated symptoms of Diarrhea and pain in my stomach i had never felt before. Around 7:00 or 8 pm, I had vomited a lot and it was a very unusual color , it was both green and brown looked exactly like mud. It felt like a flood came out from my mouth. I had terrible nausea and was unable to sleep as the pain kept up all night. During the night, my stomach pain continued to get worse and I had blood stools which had kept coming out leaving me in the bathroom for most of the night. The next day, I had to go to Emergency Room because of the terrible pain and blood stools. My symptoms continued around for more than a week. My friend was also experiencing similar symptoms minus the vomiting and blood stools. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bloody Stool

That sounds awful. So sorry that you had to experience it. Eating beets can also cause your urine and stool to appear bloody. Hope that you are feeling better.

chanca piedra is a formula found at the vitamin shoppe that fights virus and bacteria. I picked some up after being released from hosp. Dr wanted to do surgery for gallstones, saying its the only way to cure this. I fought to get out, reasoning with all staff how much better I felt. Did a ton of research on youtube and google when I found this. Otherwise known as stone breaker. This stuff works!!

I believe the salad you had is the reason with all those symptoms.
I had similar experience from Hometown Buffet pizza.
