I stopped to pickup lunch. I tend to cook for myself but was out all day and needed something fresh and healthy and warm. That included the ready made warm chicken, miso salad and steamed vegetables mind you everything was portion controlled I do not eat a lot and tend to snack throughout the day. I was getting hungry again around 3pm and ordered a falafel with beans at another healthy restaurant on my way home from work. As soon as I ate that I started having severe abdominal pain and had to use the restroom. I knew it was because of it I could smell the foods I had eaten from there.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
