I have been taking trips to grocery store for prepared and packaged foods at my local Food store. I’ve been picking up food from the cold prepared deli section every week Tuesday. I have been getting sick each and every time. I kept finding excuses but tonight I’m in too much pain. Woke up late around 3am..About 4-5 hours between the time I ate and the time I emptied myself completely. I had chills feeling cold and weak And also sweating/hot with bad cramps and throwing up profusely/ bad headache nausea ” | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Cramps
