Bought Falafel from there last night after 8PM. Ate nothing else but the falafel at 9PM. Woke up at 5AM with abdominal pain. Diarrhea and vomiting followed for several hours. After that, low grade fever - still now 17 hrs after I ate it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever
