Got salad bar and cold bar items around 12:30PM. Got mixed greens plus a bunch of other stuff, so impossible to tell which element did it, but when I got home from work that night I was vomiting maybe more than I ever have. It was so severe I ended up going to the hospital for fluids and anti-nausea; Doctor confirmed it seemed to be food poisoning. Was out of commission for days. Taking a break from salad bars for a while. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
