Yesterday I had a salad from the West Lane Whole Foods salad bar. It was the only thing I ate all day. Within 3 hours after eating it, I had sudden vomiting and diarrhea. I’m slowly recovering, but it’s been about 22 hours from the start of the symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
