Food Safety Report: Whole Foods Market, West State Route 89A, Sedona, AZ, United States

Whole Foods Market, West State Route 89A, Sedona, AZ, United States

1420 West State Route 89A, Sedona, 86336 Arizona, United States

I ate tiramisu from Whole Foods on Christmas Eve and became violently ill on Christmas Day. By evening, I was still vomiting every hour and went to the ER. The first episode brought up some of the tiramisu undigested (tmi, I know, sorry!). I had had no other food all day on Christmas Eve that could have caused the problem. The ER doctor ordered a nose swab to check for influenza, and it was determined that I did not have the flu. Also, I had no fever or respiratory system or cold symptoms. I was prescribed anti-nausea pills and anti-viral pills. The ER doctor said I had a virus. I suspect it was norovirus from the tiramisu from Whole Foods. I'll never buy prepared food from Whole Foods again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
