Microwaved Rice Illness Alert - Aldi, England

I had microwave pouch whole grain rice for dinner around 6pm, by 9pm I felt off. As the evening progressed I knew I was going the throw up. Around 11pm I vomited so hard repeatedly. Thinking that was the end of it I climbed into bed and about 15 minutes later had to run back to the bathroom with diarrhoea.
