I bought the Wholly Smashed Avocado individual pods in a box. I froze the box and took one out at a time. I got really sick with diarrhea both times but didn’t connect the dots. Today I had it coming from both ends after about 4 hrs after eating it. I had violent vomiting and peeing out my butt. Last time it lasted 3days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
