It was my second time having wingstop and the first time I had been sick also, but I thought it was due to something else. This second time I had ate only 3 wings because it was giving me a headache and later on that night at 3am I started throwing up. I was sick all weekend vomiting with a fever even when i had nothing left to vomit, i couldn't even hold down any medicine. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Headache
