- comments: observed overflowing garbage over the tops of both outside garbage dumpsters, so the lids could not be closed. Management instructed to keep all garbage lids closed and to maintain adequate garbage pickup so that garbage does not overflow over the top of the dumpsters. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
