I ordered the chicken tenders and only had one piece of chicken that was the only thing that I had to eat in the last two days and resulted in waking up at 5 AM to diarrhea and puking constantly until 1 PM. I went to the ER and was told it was food poisoning and have left leftovers of my chicken still for proof. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
